Incomes include: Gross Social Security, SSI, Pensions, Annuities, Income from Assets, Rental Income, VA Pensions, Wages, Worker’s Compensation, Disability, etc.
Income from Assets include: Interest or Dividends earned from a Checking or Savings Account, CD’s, Stocks & Bonds, Credit Union Accounts and Real Estate (home, property, etc.).
Medical Expenses are calculated as a credit when figuring your rent. Eligible expenses are: Health Insurance Premiums, any outstanding medical bills that you are currently making payments on and any out of pocket prescription costs or doctor bills that are not reimbursed by insurance.
Although utilities are not included with rent, we do award a utility allowance, which is credited when rent is figured.
